As a Business Development Director Automotive (f/m/x) in Germany, you are a true hunter—driven by the challenge of winning new logos and building trusted relationships from the ground up. You thrive in the world of new business: identifying potential, opening doors, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
With deep industry knowledge, a strong personal network, and sharp insights into automotive trends, you design tailored digital solutions that deliver real impact. You recognize opportunities early, act decisively, and work closely with Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to close deals that matter.
You are confident in selling complex IT services and digital solutions—such as custom software development, platform engineering, and cloud-native transformation. You know how to turn technical capabilities into client value and position nearshore delivery models as a strategic asset.
This is you
- You bring a strong, active network within the automotive industry—ideally across EMEA.
- You have several years of experience in sales and business development.
- You’ve worked in an IT services company, a TIER1 supplier, or a leading automotive company.
- You know how to position digital solutions like software engineering, platforms, and data services in client conversations.
- You communicate with confidence and empathy—both in German and English.
- You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable with complex negotiations.
- You’re familiar with nearshore delivery and can clearly articulate its benefits.
This is your role
- You will drive new business development in the EMEA automotive market by winning new clients and opening up strategic accounts.
- You will own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to contract closure—in close collaboration with our consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams at both local and global levels.
- You will manage and grow your accounts independently using our comprehensive digital services portfolio.
- You will contribute to planning, preparing, and executing lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- You will lead the proposal process for tenders and strategic opportunities.
