In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve participate in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills, and career.

This is you

• Manage, maintain, and optimize processes related to identity, access, and privilege management within the organization.
• Ensure that users have access to the appropriate resources according to their role, respecting the principle of least privilege and complying with established security policies.

Nice-to-have skills:

• More than 3 years of experience in similar identity and access management roles.
• Knowledge and experience with platforms and tools such as:
• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Google Workspace
• MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms
• Anti-malware and anti-spam systems
• TSM platforms (such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
• Knowledge of security best practices, principles of least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Knowledge of AWS permissions and role management. (identity management)
• Ability to document and standardize processes.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

This is your role

• Manage the access lifecycle (additions, deletions, modifications) in corporate systems.
• Manage roles, groups, and permissions in accordance with security policies and segregation of duties.
  
• Participate in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Perform periodic access reviews to ensure their validity and relevance.
• Monitor and follow up on alerts related to improper access or unusual behavior.
• Document processes and procedures, and keep access roles and profiles up to date.
• Execute automation of processes related to identity and access management.
