Avenga is looking for a NodeJS Engineer to contribute to our current project in the field of finance. The project is a fintech platform offering innovative payment solutions. It enables businesses to optimize transactions and provides customers with a secure, seamless payment experience.

As a NodeJS Engineer, you will take part in delivering cutting-edge, high-quality solutions to solve business problems.

This is you

  • 4+ years of solid experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, including services such as SQS, SNS, Step Functions, Lambda, and CloudFormation
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai for unit and integration testing
  • Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming, event handling, and parallel processing
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions in a microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with implementing design patterns, including the Repository Pattern, Dependency Injection, and Factory Pattern
  • Proficiency in working with various databases
  • English - Intermediate

  • Evolve the architecture, and propose improvements that ensure stability and resilience in each project
