We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to design and implement robust security architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise IT strategy. You will be responsible for driving security initiatives, defining policy, and translating complex technical concepts into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is you
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, COBIT, CIS Controls, SABSA
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA
- Proficiency in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and network segmentation
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, VLANs, routing, switching
- Experience with symmetric/asymmetric encryption, PKI, TLS, and certificates
- Deep understanding of Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, SAML, API Security
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST tools
- Experience with SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ELK stack)
- Capable of threat modeling, detection, and response strategy development
- Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework (Security Pillar) or similar frameworks
- 5+ years in a security architecture or senior cybersecurity role
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security Specialty are a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
This is your role
- Design end-to-end security architecture aligned with business and technical goals.
- Define, maintain, and communicate security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Lead security projects from inception to completion, including team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other departments within the organization.
- Communicate security risks and technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to TB architectural principles and contribute to the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
- Continuously monitor cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
