We are actively seeking a DevOps Principal with 10+ years of experience to join our team, focusing on the dynamic intersection of DevOps and Artificial Intelligence. This remote role, open to candidates across LATAM, is crucial as we shift our strategic focus towards AI-driven solutions within our cloud, infrastructure, application modernization, and development projects.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a highly experienced and agile team, working across multiple, parallel projects related to Cloud, Infrastructure, App Modernization, Migration, Product, and Development. Your primary responsibility will involve leading and implementing AI initiatives within our DevOps practices, driving innovation and efficiency. This is you

• 10+ years of extensive experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong emphasis on architecture and strategy.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure across the three major providers: primarily AWS, with significant experience in Azure and GCP.
• Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD practices, including advanced pipeline design and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience working with various AI tools and platforms, leveraging them to enhance operational workflows.
• Proven ability to create and implement AI Agents to automate and support complex DevOps processes.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), understanding their application in the DevOps context.
• Experience with SAST (Static Application Security Testing) tools like SonarQube.
• Strong command of GitFlow workflows and best practices for code management.
• Solid experience implementing and managing automated security scanning within CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English level for effective communication in a global environment.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in an AI context.
• Background in machine learning operations (MLOps) or data engineering.

This is your role

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices with a strong focus on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies across various projects.
• Drive AI initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and LLMs to enhance and automate cloud, infrastructure, and application development workflows.
• Develop and deploy AI Agents that streamline and support critical DevOps functions, improving efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating robust security analysis tools and ensuring up-to-date dependency management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, CI/CD, and AI integration are followed.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of our DevOps capabilities, aligning them with the company's focus on AI innovation.
• Work concurrently on multiple Cloud, Infrastructure, App Modernization, Migration, Product, and Development projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
