In LATAM within the Domain digital transformation driven environment, we are actively seeking an experienced AEM Developer to strengthen our team delivering headless CMS solutions for enterprise platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving structured content platforms that power decoupled frontends and enable seamless omnichannel experience.

This is the Team 

You'll become a vital member of a cross-functional team of skilled professionals including backend developers, frontend engineers, DevOps specialists, and solution architects. The team is responsible for delivering modern, API-first platforms that support multiple web and mobile frontends, with an emphasis on scalability, reusability, and performance.


This is you

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
  • Solid understanding of headless CMS principles and structured content modeling.
  • Experience exposing content via RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and the JCR repository.
  • Proven ability to build reusable, decoupled AEM components.
  • Understanding of performance optimization using Dispatcher, CDNs, and caching.
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience integrating with frontend frameworks such as Next.js or Remix.
  • Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Experience with multilingual/multisite implementations.

This is your role

In this role, you will design and implement structured content models in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tailored for headless delivery. You will build and maintain decoupled components and templates aligned with reusable architecture standards, while developing and exposing JSON and GraphQL APIs to support seamless frontend integrations. Working closely with architects, frontend developers, and DevOps, you will help define and evolve the data contract that drives our digital experiences. You’ll also support multisite and multilingual implementations, ensuring governance of the content repository, and contribute to performance optimization through effective use of Dispatcher, caching strategies, and CDN integration.
