In a fully remote role within the telecommunications and fiber-optic industry, we are actively seeking a ServiceNow Support Engineer to strengthen our long-term project team. You will be working with a fast-growing client that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure across Germany.

You’ll become a key member of an experienced, cross-functional support and operations team focused on ensuring the stability and performance of a tailored ServiceNow implementation. The team collaborates closely with the client's internal stakeholders to continuously optimize service processes and system functionalities.
This is you
- Proven experience in supporting and configuring the ServiceNow platform
- Deep expertise with the following mandatory ServiceNow modules:
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Technology Business Management (TBNI)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Nice-to-have skills:
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules:
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Operational Technology Management (OTM)
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Experience in supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
This is your role
- Provide L2/L3 support for existing ServiceNow modules (FSM, PPM, TBNI)
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and apply timely fixes or workarounds
- Collaborate with development and functional teams for enhancements and releases
- Support testing and deployment of system updates and new functionalities
- Ensure documentation of solutions, configurations, and processes
