We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure in Azure. You will collaborate closely with the development team to optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen system resiliency, and ensure compliance with industry security standards.

This is you

• Microsoft certifications: 
  • Required: Az-400 & either Az-204 or Az-104
  • Preferential: Az-305 and any other system-agnostic technical certifications
• Minimum 5 years of cloud administration/engineering experience (including at least 3 years Azure-specific)
• Minimum 7 years of overall technical experience
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Bicep and PowerShell 
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID
• Experience with software development, concepts, and tools such as SDLC, Git, and CI/CD
• Experience with the following Azure Resources is preferred: Azure SQL Database, Function Apps, App Service, Key Vault, Service Bus, Vnet, Storage Account, API Management service, App Configuration, Event Grid, Application Insights, Log Analytics Workspace, Front Door, Firewall.
• Strong understanding of network design and information security

Nice-to-have skills:

• Additional certifications: AZ-204, AZ-400, or other system-agnostic technical certifications
• Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, YAML or similar IaC is a plus

This is your role

• Make Information Security, Continuity, and Team Efficiency your top priorities
• Architect improvements to and administer the Azure cloud environment
• Design and implement multi-region infrastructure solutions to improve RTO and RPO
• Ensure Azure resource security and compliance through best practices and proactive monitoring
• Design, implement, and operate Azure monitoring and telemetry systems
• Enhance, administer, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, systems, environments, and feature flags using IaC (Bicep)
• Support IAM operations and maintain the principle of least privilege in Azure
• Optimize Azure costs, balancing performance with operational requirements
• Improve infrastructure resiliency and enhance backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Assist with application deployments and provide support for Azure-related issues
• Collaborate with the development team throughout the SDLC to ensure best practices and application design
