We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager (f/m/x) for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) in Germany to join our team. Let’s connect and explore the possibilities of working together!

- Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on hunting and closing new business in IT solutions and services for clients from the banking, financial or insurance sector in Germany.
- Strong business sense – you spot opportunities others overlook and can persuasively win clients for Avenga.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment and enjoy driving growth.
- Results-driven mindset – you are passionate about sales success and embrace both the challenges and wins that come with it.
- A strong sense of accountability, with the ability to follow through and motivate those around you.
- Exceptional presentation and organizational skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
This is your role
- Develop and execute effective hunting strategies tailored to the German BFSI market.
- Sell our comprehensive IT service solutions and products to new BFSI clients in Germany.
- Identify, approach, and win new accounts, building them into long-term partnerships.
- Drive business development by expanding our client base and opening new opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery after winning new deals.
- Work closely with technical specialists to create tailored proposals, pitch them effectively, and close opportunities.
- Travel within Germany is an integral part of the role.
