This is you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Experience in analyzing and maintaining IT systems
- Good understanding of local network infrastructure
- Proficient in technical English (minimum B2+ level, written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with network security solutions and best practices
This is your role
- Provide technical support for employees in the Polish organization, covering both hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot daily user problems within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Office applications
- Analyze, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of various IT systems used within the company
- Ensure smooth operation of the local network and office devices (e.g., printers, phones, conferencing equipment)
- Set up, configure, and support computer hardware and related technical equipment
- Respond to support tickets and maintain appropriate technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams in other locations and support the implementation of new technologies
