In Ukraine within the Healthcare industry, we are actively seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to strengthen our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of scalable web applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience. The role involves building user interfaces, designing and optimizing databases, integrating APIs and third-party services, and working in containerized environments. You will collaborate closely with designers, testers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across healthcare operations.

This is you

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Tailwind.
• Strong experience with Typescript.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies, including Python and the Django ecosystem.
• Expertise in database design and management (Postgres, Django models).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with database migrations.

Nice-to-have skills
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio of projects.
• Certification in relevant technologies or platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate and optimize APIs, including OpenAI and other third-party services.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness across applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to process improvements and development tooling.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
