The Lead Product Owner role is accountable for leading a team of highly skilled Product Owners managing customer accounts, and ensuring our products deliver maximum value. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, along with a blend of business and technical expertise, to drive alignment across product development cycles.
This is you
- 7+ years of experience as Product Owner/ Business Analyst within lottery, gaming, or related industries.
- Relevant experience in lottery digital & retail operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within lottery systems.
- Confident, dynamic, and results-oriented professional.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and a dedicated team player.
- Strong empathy, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Skilled in guiding, coaching, and empowering teams for success.
- Capable of aligning tactical decisions with long-term goals.
- Proactive learner with resilience, flexibility, and a drive for continuous improvement
This is your role
- Lead Product Owners to ensure their decisions align with company strategy.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery Managers to shape the roadmap and drive customer value.
- Act as an ambassador for the product and key contact for product-related queries.
- Prioritize high-value work (stories, epics, themes) based on business value and strategy.
- Support POs with sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Ensure product features and user stories are clearly defined and documented.
- Lead demos and gather stakeholder feedback to guide development.
- Foster continuous improvement, agile delivery, and team growth.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor Product Owners and support their professional development.
- Understand end-to-end customer experience and market trends.
- Contribute to defining long-term product strategy during visioning phases
