We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business needs and supports our growth.
This is you
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
This is your role
- Perform regular system configuration, customization, and data management
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and cleansing
- Support integrations with other systems and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Monitor Salesforce releases and apply best practices for new features
- Provide user training and support to maximize adoption
