We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Developer to join the Production Support Team. The candidate should be able to balance technical problem-solving with effective communication, ensuring timely delivery of support and continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem.


This is you

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and data management best practices.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  

This is your role

• Provide production support for Salesforce environments, handling technical issues efficiently;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production defects and performance problems;
• Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes;
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions and improvements;
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security model and data management best practices;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions and support processes.
