This is the job

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Automation Engineer to join a global professional services team that builds advanced automation and integration solutions for private cloud environments in large-scale enterprise infrastructures.

Your main responsibilities will involve designing and developing backend automation solutions using TypeScript, creating APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and "as-a-service" components such as database or load balancer provisioning systems. The role requires both engineering expertise and a consultative mindset when working with architects, DevOps engineers, and customer stakeholders.



This is you

  • 8+ years of professional experience in backend development, automation, and system integration
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and object-oriented JavaScript
  • Solid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles – regardless of language background (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, REST API design, and cloud networking concepts
  • Practical experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems in cloud environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
  • English – Upper-intermediate level or higher

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with virtualization and infrastructure platforms such as vSphere, NSX-T, vRA, vRO, or VCF
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices


This is your role

  • Design and implement infrastructure automation backends in TypeScript and supporting technologies
  • Develop APIs and integrations between internal systems and external platforms
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure workflows
  • Participate in technical design sessions and present architecture proposals
  • Work closely with DevOps, security, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality
  • Write clear documentation and contribute to reusable automation components
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner for enterprise clients, driving implementation from concept to delivery
