We're looking for a Senior AI-Driven Backend Developer who combines deep technical expertise with cutting-edge AI-augmented development practices to lead the technical execution of CRM domain transformation.
This is a unique opportunity for an AI enthusiast who has mastered the art of multiplying their productivity through AI tooling while maintaining the strategic thinking and architectural vision needed for enterprise-scale transformations. You'll be a key member of our expert team, bringing cutting-edge AI development practices to one of the most complex transformation projects.
You'll be joining an expert team working on decomposing and replacing our legacy Siebel CRM with modern microservices architecture, while pioneering the use of AI agents and tools to accelerate development and ensure code quality at scale.
Position is in hybrid mode (3 days per week in office, 2 days home-office), possible to work in Prague office or in Ostrava office.

Must-have Technical Skills
- Proven experience using AI development tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to deliver production-ready code on large-scale projects
- Hands-on experience setting up AI agents for code generation, validation, and testing workflows
- Experience building MCP servers and integrating them into development environments
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multiple AI agents for complex development tasks
- Expert-level Java and Spring Boot skills, with experience letting AI handle boilerplate while focusing on architecture and business logic
- Deep experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong expertise in CRM systems transformation (Siebel, Salesforce, or similar)
- Solid experience with Kafka, relational databases, and data migration strategies
Collaboration & Mindset
- AI enthusiast who stays current with the latest AI development tools and practices
- Ability to collaborate with and influence other team members in AI-augmented development
- Real experience on large projects with a proven track record, now leveraging AI to achieve 10x productivity
- Strategic thinking to know when to use AI tools vs. traditional development approaches
- Excellent communication skills to evangelize AI practices across the organization
- Self-driven mindset with ability to pioneer new development methodologies
Nice to have
- Experience creating custom AI agents or fine-tuning models for specific development tasks
- Knowledge of prompt engineering for development contexts
- Experience with AI-driven code review and quality assurance processes
- Background in MLOps or AI infrastructure
- Experience with observability and monitoring in AI-augmented development environments
- Track record of measuring and demonstrating productivity gains from AI adoption

This position is at the intersection of enterprise transformation and AI innovation. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work with an expert team while being the AI-augmented development champion
- Build the playbook for AI-augmented enterprise software development
- Set an example in showing how senior developers can multiply their impact through AI
- Work on one of Slovakia's most complex IT transformations while pioneering new development methodologies
- Leading hands-on development in the CRM domain transformation using AI-augmented development practices with tools like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and custom AI agents
- Building and maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrating them into development workflows
- Orchestrating multiple AI agents to work together on complex development tasks
- Contributing to the team's adoption ofAI-first development practices while ensuring enterprise-grade quality and security
- Building high-performance APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka, with AI assistance for optimization and testing
- Mentoring team members on effective AI tool usage and best practices
- Collaborating with architects to design systems that leverage both human expertise and AI capabilities
- Setting up and orchestrating AI agents for:
-Automated code generation and refactoring
-Code validation and review
-Automated testing and test generation
-Documentation and API specification creation
Developing core backend services for:
-Customer data management and customer 360° view
-Order management and fulfillment orchestration
-Product catalog and configuration services
-Billing integration and account management
