In Prague, within the insurance industry, we are actively seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to strengthen our internal team dedicated to enhancing and developing a pension insurance management system.

This is you

• Strong ability to analyse both functional and non-functional requirements
• Proven experience in process modelling (BPMN preferred)
• Skilled in data and object modelling
• Proficiency in UML and Enterprise Architect
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Solid understanding of the pension, investment, or finance sector
• Ability to present and defend proposed solutions while maintaining a collaborative relationship with stakeholders
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and a good command of English

This is your role

• Gather, analyse, and prioritise business and technical requirements
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders
• Model business processes and create Use Cases
• Prepare technical specifications for the development team, including class models, data models, state diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Write advanced SQL queries
• Define calculation formulas using MS Excel
• Communicate daily with the development team
• Present proposed solutions to the client
