We are seeking an experienced Principle OneStream Engineer to drive the technical and functional development of the OneStream platform across multiple business areas. This is a key role that combines hands-on solution ownership with leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic input into the financial systems landscape.
This is you
- Proven experience with OneStream design, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, FP&A, and controlling processes.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream technical components such as cube views, dashboards, workflows, and XF Marketplace solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages used in OneStream (e.g., VB.NET, SQL).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent level of English.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Czech language
- Experience working in a consulting or advisory environment.
- Background in financial systems transformation, EPM/CPM platforms, or enterprise finance applications.
- Ability to train, mentor, and guide internal teams.
This is your role
- Lead the end-to-end technical and functional development of OneStream across consolidation, planning, and reporting domains.
- Act as the internal OneStream subject matter expert, guiding best practices and advising stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Configure and enhance OneStream functionalities including dashboards, workflows, cube views, extensibility rules, and XF Marketplace components.
- Support the rollout of new modules, integrations, and automation initiatives to streamline reporting processes.
- Create and maintain documentation and deliver training to internal teams to drive adoption and system knowledge.
- Ensure the platform’s accuracy, performance, usability, and compliance with internal control and audit standards.
- Provide support for ad hoc financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical requests.
