This role offers a thrilling opportunity to lead complex telecommunication projects for a top US client, leveraging your project management expertise to drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

This is you

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience, particularly in telecom or large-scale software/platform implementations;
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relationship management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders and integrators;
• Solid understanding of project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and delivery within the telecom sector;
• Strong adaptability to fast-evolving, highly technical project environments;
• Proven ability to travel frequently and efficiently manage projects on-site at client locations in São Paulo;
• Upper intermediate or higher proficiency in both Portuguese and English for clear international communication.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Technical background, while not mandatory, is a distinct advantage.

This is your role

• Act as the primary liaison for our client, owning project communications, managing expectations, and driving alignment on strategic goals;
• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale telecom software and platform integration projects;
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services) to transform client requirements (HLD, integration specifications) into actionable project plans;
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks - technical and operational, while maintaining transparent communication with clients and stakeholders;
• Coordinate seamlessly with other integrators and teams on-site to ensure flawless project execution;
• Implement industry-leading project management practices, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and real-time performance tracking.
