We are looking for a Functional Analyst with solid experience in Bantotal to support our client’s initiatives related to the configuration, evolution, and integration of their core banking systems.
The role will focus on addressing the backlog of functional requirements within the client layer of Bantotal, contributing to parameterization, analysis, and integration through interfaces and web services.

This position includes functional and technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer as part of the overall service delivery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team working directly with business units, technical leaders, and integration specialists. The team is responsible for ensuring continuity, quality, and scalability of core banking processes and for implementing enhancements requested by various internal departments. You will have the opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations while expanding your expertise in core banking solutions.

This is you

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional analysis and Bantotal parameterization.
• Strong knowledge or experience in:
• Accounting
• Assets
• Taxes
• Reporting and regulatory requirements
• Limits and client-related modules
• Experience analyzing functional requirements and translating them into system configurations or integration specifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with core banking implementations.
• Familiarity with API integrations, web services, and interface-based communication.
• Background working with multidisciplinary teams across finance and technology areas.

This is your role

• Support the client layer of Bantotal, addressing and resolving the department’s functional requirements backlog.
• Perform parameterization, configuration, and functional analysis of Bantotal modules.
• Collaborate on integrations through interfaces and web services.
• Conduct functional and technical support tasks as needed.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, process flows, and configuration records.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions.
• Ensure alignment with business rules, financial regulations, and operational needs.
