We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Outreach Expert for a part-time participation to create high-quality internal communications that strengthen employee awareness, engagement, and connection across our global organization.
This is you
- 3+ years of professional experience in communications, journalism, content creation, or related fields.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences in a global environment.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and intranet platforms.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Collaborative working style and willingness to provide support or act as a back-up when needed.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
This is your role
- Research, draft, and deliver engaging content such as employee success stories, project highlights, and feature articles for the monthly internal newsletter.
- Act as a trusted partner and “right hand” to the Senior Lead Internal Communications.
- Provide proofreading, editing, and quality assurance for communications created by colleagues and global teams.
- Develop and format clear, structured operational emails aligned with internal communication standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather information, source stories, and tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Ensure consistency of style, tone, and branding across all internal communications, making content accessible and relevant to a global employee base.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing new content formats, storytelling ideas, and engagement initiatives.
