The People Business Partner plays a strategic advisory role within the organization, working closely with business leaders to align People initiatives with organizational goals. This position combines business acumen, employee advocacy, and operational excellence to support both leaders and employees across the full talent lifecycle. The PBP contributes to building a strong culture, enabling growth, and supporting transformation across the company.
This is you
- Experience in HR business partnering or a similar HR advisory role
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle
- Experience with employee relations, performance management, and development planning
- Ability to work independently and in a matrix/global environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in an international or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to change management or organizational development
- Knowledge of local labor law (relevant to operating location)
This is your role
1. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Ensuring a smooth, consistent, and positive employee journey.
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding processes, Q&A sessions, and check-ins
- Manage the full talent lifecycle from hire to exit
- Co-lead termination processes with managers
- Conduct exit interviews and support structured, respectful transitions
2. Talent Development
- Supporting skills growth and career development.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent and skill needs
- Coordinate development initiatives together with Learning & Development
- Support career growth, progression, and succession planning
3. Performance Management
- Enabling a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Support managers during the Performance Evaluation (PE) cycle
- Advise leaders on talent development and performance actions
- Support communication of underperformance, including documentation, PIPs, and coaching
4. Engagement & Retention
- Building a positive employee experience and strong organizational culture.
- Support recognition programs and well-being initiatives
- Organize local cultural and engagement events
- Support survey processes, including communication, interpretation of results, and follow-up actions
5. Internal Communication
- Ensuring clarity, transparency, and effective People-related communication.
- Support HR communications, policy rollouts, and organizational updates
- Coordinate internal events such as town halls and newsletters
6. Culture & DEI
- Promoting inclusion, collaboration, and strong values.
- Support DEI initiatives
- Engage employees in culture-driven programs and values-based activities
7. Employee Relations & Risk Management
- Ensuring fairness, compliance, and a safe work environment.
- Support employee relations, conflict management, and disciplinary processes
- Advise on policies, benefits, leave, and compensation
- Ensure alignment with local labor law and internal guidelines
- Partner with managers on risk mitigation
8. Organizational Design & Change
- Supporting transformation and organizational evolution.
- Assist in organizational design activities and integration processes
- Partner with global People teams to ensure alignment on local impact
- Provide support during change management initiatives
