We are looking for a Senior SAP Fieldglass Support Engineer to join our team and provide both functional and technical support for SAP Fieldglass solutions in a global enterprise environment. You will play a key role in maintaining system stability, analyzing and resolving issues, working closely with stakeholders, and continuously improving support processes and internal documentation.

This is you

• 5+ years of professional experience in software support or consulting, including work with SAP Fieldglass

• Strong skills in log and trace analysis, including error code diagnostics

• Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis

• Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem and procurement-related processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Ability to create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base content

• Analytical thinking and confident decision-making skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Comfortable working with cloud-based applications and SaaS environments

• Quick to adapt to new tools and technologies

• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript

• Strong customer orientation and service mindset

This is your role

• Deliver expert-level support for SAP Fieldglass users and internal teams

• Investigate and resolve technical issues and incidents using logs and diagnostics

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and track issue resolution

• Monitor system health and performance indicators

• Use SQL queries for investigation, reporting, and data validation

• Contribute to internal support documentation and process improvements

• Collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure service continuity

• Support onboarding of new tools and enhancements to the support environment
