Join a dynamic, cross-functional team delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. Take ownership of end-to-end quality assurance, combining manual UI testing with advanced automation frameworks. Work with modern QA tooling, cloud-based device farms, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. Contribute to process improvement, reporting, and test strategy, while collaborating closely with engineers, product, and UX teams. Your work will have a direct impact on product quality and business outcomes.

This is you

• A Senior Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience combining manual UI testing and test automation

• A true hybrid QA profile: you value thorough manual testing as the foundation for effective automation

• Proven hands-on experience with at least two automation frameworks, such as:

  • Selenium WebDriver (Java or Python)

  • Cypress (JavaScript / TypeScript)

  • Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript / Python)

  • Robot Framework (Python)

• Mandatory experience with Appium for mobile testing

• Experience running automated tests in cloud-based device farms (AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.)

• Strong background in CI/CD, with mandatory hands-on experience using GitHub and GitHub Actions

• Experience implementing automated reporting solutions (Allure, Mochawesome, ReportPortal, Extent Reports, etc.)

• Comfortable validating data in Amazon DynamoDB (NoSQL)

• Advanced user of Jira for defect tracking, test management, and workflow control

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a holistic view of quality ownership

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, confident in both written and spoken communication

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of Vitest (or Jest) for unit/component testing in React-based applications

• Experience configuring Docker containers for local test environment replication

• Experience migrating legacy test suites (e.g., from Selenium to Playwright)

This is your role

• Multi-Suite Automation Strategy

  • Design, maintain, and evolve scalable automation frameworks, selecting the right tool for each testing challenge

  • Work with multiple automation suites, including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, and Appium

  • Define and apply tool-agnostic test architecture patterns (Page Object Model, Screenplay, etc.)

  • Integrate fast feedback testing for modern web applications (React) using Vitest or Jest

• Manual QA & UI Excellence

  • Perform in-depth manual UI/UX testing before automating any flows

  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover complex scenarios, edge cases, and visual issues

  • Ensure automation is always driven by well-designed manual test coverage

• Infrastructure, Data, and Test Management

  • Configure and orchestrate automated test execution—especially mobile tests with Appium—in cloud-based device farms

  • Fully manage test pipelines, repositories, and workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions

  • Validate data integrity and test preconditions directly in Amazon DynamoDB

  • Maintain full traceability of defects, test plans, and user stories in Jira

• Reporting and Visibility

  • Build and maintain quality dashboards and automated reports that provide clear visibility into product health

  • Perform fault analysis and triage, attaching logs, screenshots, and videos to accelerate issue resolution

  • Translate testing results into actionable insights for engineering and business stakeholders
