This is the job
The Senior Project Manager should act as a central hub for project governance, standards, and support. Its primary purpose is to ensure projects have cost allocation properly, working closely with the portfolio office and controlling, as well as making sure projects are delivered on time, in scope, have proper risk management, and aligned with strategic objectives. What is important is not only stakeholder management, but really understanding how projects impact our users, and monitor project dependencies across all our projects.

This is your role
1. Governance & Standards
Ensure project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices are implemented in projects
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
2. Project Oversight
Monitor project budgets, and timelines
Make sure all projects are structured and maintained in PPMP and have all status reports in place
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to monitor risks
Align with the Change Manager Lead on Stakeholder analysis and Change management planning and execution
3. Support & Enablement
Provide guidance, tools, templates, and training to project managers and teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrate lessons learned for projects
Support the budget planning, reviews for OpEx, CapEx cost, run and change budgets
