About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth across Automotive, Manufacturing, and Mobility accounts. This role operates closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function, with a clear objective: book qualified meetings for the Sales team through outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound marketing-generated leads.
You will work closely with Sales and Marketing, engaging enterprise-level organizations and senior decision-makers, and supporting account-based and event-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute proactive outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, gifting platforms) in an SDR-style motion to book sales meetings
Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads (website contact forms, campaign responses, digital channels)
Chase and convert post-event leads with timely, personalised follow-up after events, conferences, and webinars
Own meeting booking targets and pipeline contribution KPIs
Maintain accurate data and performance tracking in CRM and outreach tools
Required:
3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or demand generation
Experience in an SDR-style role with a strong outbound focus
Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders in enterprise organizations
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and lead qualification
Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, Sendoso, or similar
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Mobility industries
