In Buenos Aires, within the Fintech industry, we are actively seeking a Semi-Senior Product Analyst to join the Product team and support the evolution of the Long Tail product.

In this role, you will become a key member of a team of skilled professionals, supporting continuous improvement for the Long Tail segment by providing analytics and insights that guide decision-making, optimize the merchant experience, and enable consistent solution scaling. The position requires a strong understanding of digital products, acquisition strategies, conversion funnels, user behavior, and app-based solutions, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
This is you
Proven experience in the digital world (essential).
Education: Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 years in functional analysis, product analysis, or similar roles in digital, fintech, or banking environments.
Advanced Excel skills, basic SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar.
Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Intermediate English for reading and understanding technical documentation.
Nice-to-have skills:
Analytical skills, attention to detail, results-oriented, and strong communication skills for collaborative work.
Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product development.
This is your role
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.
Requirements Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
Functional Definition: Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features or enhancements.
Discovery: Participate in requirements discovery and gathering sessions with business, technology, and UX teams.
Monitoring: Monitor product performance, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
Benchmarking: Conduct market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for product evolution.
Quality and Quality Assurance: Support the testing and validation phases, ensuring functional quality before each release.
Technical Support: Provide support to development and quality assurance teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Documentation: Document processes and findings to strengthen knowledge management within the team.
