We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing delivery teams and client-facing communication. The role involves balancing project coordination, planning, and incident management activities while working closely with business analysts, QA leads, and developers.

This position is ideal for someone with strong project management skills and a solid technical background, who can work efficiently with engineers, contribute to planning and estimations, and ensure smooth delivery without being actively involved in coding.

This is you

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software or IT environment

• Background in development, QA, or systems – you’re confident working with technical teams and understanding their context

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and leading planning sessions

• Strong skills in client communication, expectation management, and progress tracking

• Proven ability to manage incidents, SLAs, escalations, and live service maintenance

• Ability to work closely with Business Analysts and QA Leads to deliver complete solutions

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

• Positive, proactive, and structured in your approach

This is your role

• Own project planning, delivery timelines, and team coordination

• Lead communication with the client on status, priorities, incidents, and timelines

• Work together with QA and BA to scope and plan new change requests

• Ensure the team follows clear and effective working processes

• Track and manage live service incidents and system maintenance activities

• Participate in technical discussions and estimations as needed, bridging between tech and business
