In Argentina within the Financial Services industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to our client's public website platform. You'll be joining the team responsible for maintaining, evolving, and scaling a critical digital touchpoint that directly impacts user acquisition and organic positioning. This role requires an end-to-end development mindset with strong backend expertise, focusing on critical services that drive business growth and platform scalability.

This is you

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Node.js (version 18+) for Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.

• Solid knowledge of NestJS Framework for structured backend development.

• Proficiency with ReactJS for building modern user interfaces.

• Experience working with ExpressJS for web application development.

• Understanding of REST and SOAP protocols for API integration.

• Proven background designing and implementing microservices architectures.

• Excellent understanding of Git branching strategies, including hotfix and evolutionary flows.

• Strong ability to understand software requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Experience with unit testing methodologies and test-driven development practices.

Nice-to-have skills:

• MongoDB Client experience (preferable).

• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

This is your role

• Understand and analyze software requirements to determine implementation approaches.

• Model and refine specifications to create detailed designs for required functionality.

• Build, adapt, and integrate classes, modules, and software components into cohesive solutions.

• Reuse existing components by effectively integrating them with original code.

• Verify programs through comprehensive unit testing and quality assurance practices.

• Review and refactor code to resolve defects and improve overall quality.

• Document programs according to standards, including functional documentation, architectural documents, and inline code comments.

• Research emerging technologies, follow established processes, and propose continuous improvements.

• Deliver across the entire application lifecycle: concept, design, development, implementation, testing, and support.

• Maintain production applications by fixing bugs and implementing new features.

• Meet delivery deadlines according to estimated timelines and project commitments.

• Collaborate closely with other developers in a team-oriented environment.

• Gather functional requirements and translate business needs into elegant, functional technical solutions.

• Build prototypes during the technical scope phase of projects to validate approaches.

• Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience.

• Focus on building applications with strong functional value and business impact.

• Create appealing and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and modern design principles.

• Identify opportunities for improvement or nonconformities and document them in the continuous improvement system.

• Participate in the definition and review of standards and norms applicable to system design and development.
