You will join a long-term project in the insurance domain, focused on improving data-driven decision-making and optimising internal business processes. The team is developing modern analytics solutions and automating workflows across the organisation using Microsoft technologies.
This is you
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate
Manage and optimise data stored in MS SQL Server
Leverage Copilot Agents and AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
This is your role
Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, DAX)
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL querying
Experience working with data analytics and reporting
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions
Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus
