In Argentina (Remote) within the Learning Management Systems (LMS) industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to building, modernizing, and scaling web applications for our global enterprise learning platform. Please note: This role requires full-time availability aligned with US Eastern Time (ET).

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a skilled engineering product team, collaborating closely with back-end developers and UX/UI designers. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring end-to-end functionality—from API integration to a flawless user interface—while helping the team leverage AI development tools to deliver high-quality software. Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) is mandatory. You must be able to maintain fluid professional conversations and participate actively in technical discussions.
Location & Availability: Based in Argentina and able to work according to US Eastern Time (ET) to ensure real-time collaboration with the global team.
Advanced TypeScript & Vue 3 Expert: Deep understanding of reactivity, rendering lifecycles, and strict typing.
Component Architect: Experience contributing to or maintaining shared UI component libraries (+68 components).
Web Standards & Accessibility: Strong command of HTML5/CSS3 and a deep commitment to WCAG 2.1 standards (semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management).
Testing Disciplined: Experience writing tests (Vitest, Testing Library) as a natural part of your development workflow.
Technical Versatility: Familiarity with modern tools like Git, Docker, and AWS services (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB).
Nice-to-have skills:
Proven experience migrating applications from Vue 2 to Vue 3 (Composition API).
Experience with Storybook for documentation and visual testing.
Familiarity with internationalization (vue-i18n) and RTL design considerations.
Experience with AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Copilot) and creating custom rules for AI behavior.
This is your role
Develop & Scale: Build high-performance features for Single Page Applications (SPA) using Vue 3 and TypeScript.
Maintain the Library: Manage and evolve a shared component library used across the entire organization.
Modernize: Systematically replace legacy Vue 2 patterns with Vue 3 primitives, ensuring consistency with UX standards.
Ensure Quality: Maintain high code standards through SonarQube, ESLint, and peer reviews, aiming for >90% code coverage.
Collaborate with AI: Help refine the team’s AI-assisted development standards and shared prompts to ensure reliable output.
