In Argentina / LATAM (Remote) within the Beverage & Distribution industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team. This role is focused on driving technological migration and ensuring operational excellence in one of the region's most important production and distribution networks.

Your primary responsibility will involve acting as a servant leader to foster Scrum adoption, eliminating barriers to achieving technological migration goals, and ensuring that the values of transparency, inspection, and adaptation are lived every day. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills and career.
This is you
+3 years of experience facilitating software teams under the Scrum framework.
Agile Mindset: Deep knowledge of the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto.
Facilitation Skills: Ability to moderate conflicts and guide the team toward technical agreements without imposing solutions.
Health Metrics: Proven experience using metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, and CFD for continuous improvement.
Nice-to-have skills:
Certifications: PSM I or CSM.
Experience navigating complex organizational environments involving stakeholders from areas like SAP, Infrastructure, or Operations.
This is your role
Framework Facilitation: Lead the correct execution of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective) within the time-box.
Team Coaching: Guide the development team toward self-management and multi-disciplinarity.
Product Owner Support: Collaborate on effective Product Backlog definition techniques and ensure business objectives are understood.
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove technical, administrative, or human obstacles that limit the team's capacity.
Transparency & Change Management: Maintain information radiators based on empirical data and help external stakeholders interact effectively with the agile team.
