In Buenos Aires within the Life Sciences industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to Application Support & Maintenance. You will be part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain vertical, ensuring the operational stability of mission-critical systems. Advanced English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will interact daily with global teams.

In your role, you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals focused on providing high-quality IT service delivery. Your primary responsibility will involve the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions, from deployment and configuration to incident resolution under ITSM standards. This is you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent project experience)
Advanced English skills (verbal and written) – Mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years specifically focused on MES application support, configuration, and deployment.
Strong experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry, with solid knowledge of GxP and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
Technical proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016+) and Microsoft Windows Server (2016+).
Experience working with Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP) and middleware (XML, SOAP UI).
Expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management using tools like ServiceNow.
Nice-to-have skills:
ITIL V3/V4 certification.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud Solutions.
Scripting skills for automation.
Experience with Serialization, Track & Trace, or Label Management systems.
This is your role
Ensure the operational stability and effectiveness of MES and critical manufacturing systems through proactive monitoring and support.
Execute application deployments and adaptations following the official change management process.
Maintain systems in a validated state (GxP), ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with CSV procedures.
Handle technical and functional incidents throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinating with global teams and software vendors in English.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution landscape and knowledge base.
